Nuestra experiencia demuestra que hay principios fundamentales para todas las organizaciones que consideran la posibilidad de continuar e incluso reforzar el trabajo a distancia:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Planificar con los departamentos\/equipos su funcionamiento (local, a distancia o de forma h\u00edbrida) a corto, medio y largo plazo;<\/li>\n<li>Definir claramente lo que se espera del trabajo de los equipos remotos, si es posible convirti\u00e9ndolo en tareas y especificando los plazos de entrega;<\/li>\n<li>Empezar a operar desde una perspectiva de deliverables en lugar de tareas o proyectos abiertos;<\/li>\n<li>Medir y controlar, preferiblemente con herramientas que permitan contabilizar las tareas o las horas trabajadas;<\/li>\n<li>Mantener una din\u00e1mica de reuniones, cortas pero m\u00e1s peri\u00f3dicas, para supervisar el trabajo, identificar cuellos de botella o bloqueos que impidan la correcta realizaci\u00f3n del trabajo;<\/li>\n<li>Invertir en seguridad tecnol\u00f3gica, por ejemplo, firewall, VPN, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Estas son algunas de las decisiones m\u00e1s importantes que hay que tomar y que aseguran un mayor porcentaje de \u00e9xito en la implantaci\u00f3n del trabajo a distancia en las organizaciones.
